System / Use Case Requirements

Before proceeding, please ensure that your site and business meet the following requirements for the Chargify Commerce app.

  1. Payment Gateways - Currently, the only Chargify Commerce supported Payment Gateways are Authorize.net, Braintree, and Stripe. Integrations with additional Payment Gateways are currently in development. If you are interested in Chargify Commerce, but require a different Payment Gateway, please Contact Us and let us know.
  2. SKU Requirement - All Subscription products must have a unique SKU down to the Product Option level. Other products that are not part of your subscription offering do not require Option Level SKUs.
  3. Enable BC Saved Cards - You must enable the "Saved Cards" feature on your BigCommerce site for the app to function properly. In order to access the "Saved Cards" feature in BigCommerce, you will need to be subscribed to the "BigCommerce Plus Plan" or higher.
  4. Most Up-To-Date BigCommerce Version - In order to use Chargify Commerce, your BigCommerce store will need to be on the most up-to-date version of BigCommerce. As of 4/22, this includes the V3 API and BC Dashboard. Please Contact Us for any questions around this requirement.
  5. Existing Customizations - Please Contact Ebizio prior to application of the custom Ebizio Checkout if you have any existing customizations to your BigCommerce checkout.
